Terms and Conditions 

Each time you access Flow of Eden studio and/or our website you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions of use. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. It is your responsibility to periodically check our website for changes.

1.  Prices are subject to change without notice. Sale items are only available during the sale period. All purchases are final, Flow of Eden does not offer refunds, transfers or extensions unless due to a forced closure then passes will be placed on hold.

2. Our introductory offer of $55 for two weeks of unlimited classes is only available to first time clients to the Riverwood studio. You can only purchase the introductory offer once. The introductory offer is non-refundable nor transferable and will activate from the date of purchase. Clients found to be purchasing the intro offer more than once will not be permitted into the studio and be charged any additional class costs they may have incurred.

3.  A minimum of three people is required for a class to proceed. You will receive a notification via text or email should a class be cancelled and also have your session reimbursed. Please be aware that classes can fill quite quickly, to avoid disappointment, bookings can be made up to 2 weeks in advance.

4. To book into a class or purchase class passes, please visit our website at to secure a spot. To book into a class you must pay at the time of booking or opt to pay cash upon arriving to the studio. Block session passes are available to purchase online or in studio for cash payment. You must be at least 16 years of age to attend our classes with the exception of the ‘mums & bubs’ class where the parent is fully responsible for their child.

5. Block session packs have an expiry date. 10 class pass is valid for 3 months after first use. Session packs are for individual use and cannot be shared. Sessions are non-refundable and non transferable. We are unable to extend a 10 class pass, however we will happily roll over any expired classes with the purchase of another 10 class pass.

6. Owners and/or teachers reserve the right to restrict clients to a particular class type for safety reasons and also reserve the right to turn clients away if they do not have the correct medical clearance. 

7.  It is the responsibility of the client to advise the teacher in advance of any previous or current injuries or conditions (including pregnancy) that may affect their ability to participate in the class. It is also the clients responsibility to obtain a medical clearance should they have an injury or condition (including pregnancy) that may affect their ability to participate in a class.

8. Teachers are subject to change without notice, however, all efforts will be made to notify clients in advance.

9.  Please be aware that if you are more than 5 minutes late for a class, you may not be able to attend. The door will be locked to prevent any disruptions and also to maintain privacy and security during your practice. Doors will open 15mins prior to each class and close 15 minutes after the last class.

10. No photography or videos to be taken of individuals in the studio without their consent. As this is a female only facility many women trust that they can remove layers of clothing for ease of movement without being captured on camera. It is important to respect other people boundaries in studio.

11.  All workshops are non-refundable. If you are no longer able to attend please let us know 48 hours in advance and we can offer a studio credit, less a $10 admin fee. If you cancel your workshop less than 48 hours prior to the date we cannot offer a refund, nor a studio credit. You are welcome to transfer your workshop booking to a friend or family member.

Payment Policy: Payment must be made upon booking. To book into a class you must either have credits in your account or make a purchase at the time of booking. Block session passes are available to purchase at the studio via cash or online through EFT.

Cancellation Policy:  Classes can fill quite quickly. Our cancellation policy is in place to ensure that everyone has a fair chance to attend. Class cancellations can be made via our website up to 6 hours prior to your class start time without penalty. Clients who fail to provide less than 6 hours notice prior to cancellation will forfeit their class. You must be at least 16 years of age to attend our classes with the exception of the ‘mums & bubs’ class where the parent is fully responsible for their child.

Privacy Policy:  We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. We will seek to take all reasonable steps to prevent loss, misuse, unauthorised access, modification, disclosure, alteration, or destruction of the information we collect online. However, you should keep in mind that the transmission of information over the Internet is not completely secure or error-free. We can therefore take no responsibility for any misconduct of your personal information.

Personal Agreement:  I agree that Flow of Eden Studio is in no way responsible for the safekeeping of my personal belongings while I attend class. I understand that classes may be physically strenuous and I voluntarily participate in them with full knowledge that there is risk of property loss, personal injury or death. I agree that Flow of Eden Studio is in no way liable for any injury, loss of property or death resulting from attending the studio whether caused by negligence or otherwise. By booking into a class, you automatically agree to the above Policies, Terms and Conditions.
